Tracking Your Order

Marketa Stores is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Marketa Stores is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us at contact.marketastores@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact.marketastores@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
