Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item arrived defective
  • the wrong item was received

If your return is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • personal care items
  • items marked as final sale
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized items
  • perishable goods
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
